Please read carefully these Terms of Use of the App Réallon before to use it. By using this App, you accept unreservedly the Terms.

This App provides to each users a free access to several online services.

Régie des Remontées Mécaniques de Réallon gives each user a personal use licence of the App, its information and services. This licence is revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive and free.

 

 

 

Equipment and material means enabling the mobile App to run are the sole responsability of the user.

The user also takes over the induced telecommunication costs to access and view the App. 

Régie des Remontées Mécaniques de Réallon grants the user a right of consultation, use and access to information of the App. In this regard, the user specifically agrees :

●    to download the information on its equipment for personal use only, non-market and time-limited

●    to use those copies for personal use only

●    to not modify or alter in any manner the copied materials

●    to clearly mention the source when using externally any materials of the app (For example : This material comes from the App Réallon. Reproduction rights reserved and strictly limited). The name of the App must explicitly appear in the reference.

●    to not rewrite the App in another one, a website or an internal corporate network.

●    to not reproduce or resume the digital version of the informations presented in the App on any other media except with the written agreement of Régie des Remontées Mécaniques de Réallon.

 

 

This Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to benefit the user for the structure, the content of the App, or its services as well as for the App in its entirety.

The user expressly agrees that use of the app does not in any way affect the rights of Régie des Remontées Mécaniques de Réallon, and in particular that such use does not constitute an unfair or abusive counterfeit of information. 

 

 

Régie des Remontées Mécaniques de Réallon respects the privacy of users and complies strictly with laws on the protection of privacy and individual freedoms. The information provided by the user through the forms in the App are necessary to meet its requirements and is intended solely for Régie des Remontées Mécaniques de Réallon.

The user agrees to the characteristics and limitations of mobile Internet apps and operating systems, and in particular recognize that:

●    his use of the app is at his own risk; the app is available “as is” and in function of its availabilty

●    he is responsible to protect his own data and / or software and he is responsible to take all appropriate measures to protect them from viruses

●    technical performances of mobile internet require a processing time to respond, consult, question or transfer information.

 

 

Régie des Remontées Mécaniques de Réallon can not give any guarantee of reliability, completeness and accuracy on all the information and other data on the application. Therefore, all information and other data on the App and its services are provided on the App solely for information purposes.

Régie des Remontées Mécaniques de Réallon is only the author of the information in the app and has no general obligation for data monitoring or obligation to delete content that does not seem manifestly illegal. The responsability of Régie des Remontées Mécaniques de Réallon also can not be held liable for interruption of access to the App due to maintenance, updates, technical improvements, or to change the content. In addition, Régie des Remontées Mécaniques de Réallon may temporarily or permanently access to the App. 

 

Régie des Remontées Mécaniques de Réallon will in no way be held responsible for any consequences that may occur with or without the knowledge during meeting or contacts made between users following the use of the App and its services. 

Régie des Remontées Mécaniques de Réallon is not responsible for the content of any third party sites to which refers the links in the App.

 

If Régie des Remontées Mécaniques de Réallon would be held responsible for a damage non-listed above, the responsibility of Régie des Remontées Mécaniques de Réallon will be limited to actual and established damages. In any case, Régie des Remontées Mécaniques de Réallon and its partners can not be responsible for any indirect damages, shortfall or damages arising from loss of data or operating loss caused by the use or inability to use the App, its services or content, be it on a guaranteed contract or tort or under any other legal theory, and whether or not Régie des Remontées Mécaniques de Réallon would be advised of the possibility of such damages.

Each user expressly agrees :

●    to expressly renounce using software or devices or process that may interfere with proper operation of the App and also to not engage actions likely to impose a disproportionate load on Régie des Remontées Mécaniques de Réallon infrastructures.

●    to not alter, modify, create derivative works without the prior express consent of Régie des Remontées Mécaniques de Réallon

●    to accept the characteristics and limitations of the mobile Internet

 

Users of the App are informed that a cookie is installed by Régie des Remontées Mécaniques de Réallon on their devices at the opening of the App. The cookie will not allow to identify the user but will record information about the navigation of the user on the App (screens viewed, the date and time of consultation, etc.).

 

 

The use of the function for geolocation in the App request the prior express consent of the user to be geolocated. In order to do that, the user will have to activate, if desired, the function for geolocation directly in the settings of its mobile device and allow the App to use it. This function can, all the time, and for free, be deactivated or activated. Thanks to the consent of the function for geolaction with GPS of the mobile device and the App, the user will :

●    be guided through its search of itineraries and on maps

●    receive marketing messages during sessions of use of the App. The mobile device will then compute its geolocation by itself.

 

 

These Terms are governed by French law and any dispute that may arise from the interpretation or execution of these will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts which depends the registered office of the company. The reference language for the potential litigation settlement is French.

 

If any of the provisions of these Terms held invalid or unenforceable in application of a law, rules or after a final court decision, it would be deemed unwritten and the other provisions remain in force.

 

The contractual relationship between Régie des Remontées Mécaniques de Réallon and the user are governed solely by the provisions of the Terms.
